All you need is an email address, 10 minutes to read through each lesson, and a willingness to try some fun, new recipes!

Will the recipes be gluten, dairy or meat free?

I believe there’s no “one diet fits all” which is why I love to offer recipes that can easily be adapted to suit your dietary requirements.

Every recipe comes with gluten and dairy free options, the same goes for vegetarian/vegan.

What if this course doesn’t end up being right for me?

I’ve poured my heart and soul into this course, and I sincerely believe that it will give you value , However, if you do find it’s not for you, I have a 5-day refund policy.

I don’t want you to second-guess your purchase for a second!

Do I need to day by day or can I go at my own pace? 

The course is designed to do over 5 days, however, you can absolutely go at your own pace and access the content whenever you wish!

All content will be beautifully presented in a nifty digital book at the end of the course for you to download.
