Why I decided to write this course.

Firstly, Welcome! If you're reading this, congratulations. You have taken the first steps to improve your life and are already part of the top 3% of the population that are embarking on a journey to improve their lives through self-education.

For those who don’t know me, I’m Eleanor, a best-selling cookbook author, award-winning writer, and mother to three awesome kids. Since starting my recipe blog almost a decade ago, the most commonly asked question I get is: "Eleanor, ​​how do you manage to do it all?"

It wasn't until I heard this time and time again, that I realised maybe I was doing things differently to most. Perhaps I did have a few tricks up my sleeve that were allowing me to achieve more in my day, whilst feeling happier and more relaxed than ever before.

By now you might be thinking "Eleanor is lucky, she has a gift when it comes to cooking, she must have had a mentor that showed her the way". Not true at all, my friend. Not true at all!

I'm a normal girl that learnt to do all of this despite having no formal training. I was lost and confused. I left school at 15. I became an unexpected mother to a premature daughter at 19. I struggled with anxiety, depression and eating issues for many years. My relationship with food was unhealthy to say the least.

Yet despite all of this, I got to the point of declaring "no-more". I figured out a way to juggle everything life threw at me. I decided to take matters into my own hands.

Don't get me wrong; I'm no saint. I'm not perfect, and life is certainly not easy for me. Recently, I had been uninspired to cook for almost two years. I was struggling to be the mother and wife I desired to be. I got busy, stressed, and had huge financial pressures. The last thing I felt like doing was cooking.

And then a lightbulb moment went off in my head (like when I first started my blog). I could be the one not only to create a solution for my own problems but for many other people who have the same struggles. Why not put everything I’ve learnt into a fun and tidy 4-week course, that will help you feel the same!

FAQs

Will the recipes be gluten, dairy or meat free?

I believe there’s no “once diet fits all” which is why I love to offer recipes that can easily be adapted to suit your dietary requirements.

The recipes are not exclusively vegetarian, gluten or dairy free, however I’ve designed the course to have a little bit of everything for everyone!

What if this course doesn’t end up being right for me?

I’ve poured my heart and soul into this course, and I sincerely believe that it will give you massive value. , However, if you do find it’s not for you, I have a generous 30-day refund policy. I don’t want you to second-guess your purchase for a second!

 Do I need to follow week by week or can I go at my own pace? 

The course is designed to do over four weeks, with three half-hour lessons each week. However, you can absolutely go at your own pace and access the content whenever you wish! I want you to take your time, to implement as you learn, to listen and re-listen as many times as you desire.

How is the course content delivered?

We all have different learning styles, which is why I’ve got you covered. The content is delivered in multiple ways to suit your preference. There’s email newsletter, facebook group modules, and through an easy to read online login. That’s right! I have three ways for you to ingest the content, so there’s absolutely no reason to worry if you fall behind.

How long will I have access to the content? Does this course expire?

How much time do I need to put aside for each lesson?

The recommended amount of time to spend for each lesson is approximately half an hour if you would like to finish the course in 4 weeks.

I’ve designed it so you can dip into the course whenever suits you, plus you can always revisit a lesson if you need to.
