SPARKLING WHITE WINE WITH REDCURRANTS, CRANBERRY AND POMEGRANATE

Beautifully refreshing, this sparkling white wine spritzer is quite the perfect thirst-quencher for a warm, autumn evening. The clean, bright fruitiness comes from a splash of redcurrant, cranberry and pomegranate cordial, whilst a small squeeze of lemon juice adds the finishing flourish to this lovely drink. To make, pour a nip of Barker's Squeezed Redcurrants with Cranberry & Pomegranate in to each glass, add a few cubes of ice, fill half way with white wine (I enjoy a nice pinot gris) top with sparkling water, and add a small squeeze of lemon juice to finish.
