I’m obsessed with these teeny little almond butter + chocolate cups, made entirely of the good stuff! They only take ten minutes or so to prepare, and I love making up a batch to pop in the freezer, for whenever a sweet craving hits!
Here's how to make them:
To make the chocolate layer, combine 1/2 cup almond butter, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 2 tbsp cocoa, 1 tsp vanilla + 3 tbsp maple in a small bowl.
Mix until smooth, and spoon into mini muffin cases. You want them to be filled half-way.
To make the top layer, combine 1/2 cup almond butter, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 2 tbsp maple + pinch sea salt in a small bowl.
Fill each cup almost to the top, and then pop in the fridge to set, about 1-2 hours.
Makes 16 ✨Store in the fridge or freezer.
