MEXICAN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

I enjoy the way deep, dark chocolate marries with fruit, and on this occasion with the citrus of orange. Delicate spices are beautiful here: a little cinnamon, nutmeg and a chilli add a warming component to this luscious dessert.
