LITTLE MUFFINS WITH PEAR, ZUCCHINI AND POPPY SEEDS

In the depths of autumn, I consider these spiced little muffins to be almost compulsory. The warming sweetness needs something cold and sharp alongside. Perhaps some thick natural yoghurt or a dollop of creme fraiche.
