Golden and velvety, this pumpkin soup is wonderfully nourishing and deliciously heartwarming. The addition of roughly torn-up oregano adds a fragrant, earthy touch, and a little garlic added at the end adds a lovely kick.To serve, top with thick and creamy natural yoghurt, and scatter generously with crispy bacon crumbs. Click HERE for the recipe.
