RAW CHOCOLATE + BUCKWHEAT CRACKLE WITH WILD ORANGE

Simple ingredients, with an even simpler method. This wild orange-scented fudge slice makes me one VERY happy lady.

To make, combine the following ingredients in a food processor: 1 cup cashew butter (or nut butter of your choice), 1/2 cup good quality cocoa, 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey, 1/2 cup melted coconut oil and 8-10 drops of wild orange essential oil. Process until smooth, then add 1 cup buckwheat groats, and pulse until well combined. Press the mixture in to a small slice tin or container lined with baking paper, then pop in the freezer to set, about 1/2 an hour. Slice in to squares, and enjoy!

Makes about 12 pieces. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks (if it lasts that long!) x
